Why is my Vox account suspended?
Your services will be suspended with Vox when your payment is overdue and your account remains in arrears. You will receive notifications via email and SMS advising you of a failed or late payment. Services will be reactivated once your payment reflects on your account. You can make an immediate payment via the Customer Zone.
Can Openserve suspend my ADSL Line?
Yes. If you have any Telephone services with Telkom directly and your Telephone account is in arrears, Openserve and Telkom will suspend the copper telephone line for non-payment. This impacts on your ADSL Line, as the ADSL internet runs on the same copper as your telephone line. Once you settle your account with Telkom, Openserve will then release the suspension from your ADSL and Telephone service. No refunds from Vox will be issued for any suspensions implemented by Openserve.
