To cancel your Fibre to the Home service, you will need to provide Vox with at least one month’s clear calendar month’s notice. This notice must be sent in writing to cancellations@voxtelecom.co.za or processed online through the Vox Customer Zone. It is important to note that the 1st of each month does not qualify as one clear calendar month’s notice. After the cancellation request is received, the services will be terminated, and our Logistics team will arrange for the collection of your Free to use router

How to Log a cancellation on the Customer Zone

Step 1: Log in to the Customer Zone

Step 2: Enter your Mobile Number

Step 3: Enter OTP

Step 4: Click on Account / Payments and Billing

Step 5: Select Request Cancellation

Step 6: Select the Service you want to cancel and click Continue

Step 7: Set the Cancellation Date and take note of any penalties, and click Continue.

Step 8: Select the Cancellation Reason and click Continue

Step 9: Cancellation request logged. Click View Request.
