To cancel the Fibre to the Home service, you need to provide Vox with at least one month’s clear calendar month’s notice. This notice must be sent in writing to cancellations@voxtelecom.co.za or processed online through the “My Vox” customer zone on Vox. It is important to note that the 1st of each month does not qualify as 1 clear calendar months notice. After the cancellation request is received, the services will be terminated, and our Logistics team will arrange for the collection of your Free to use router
