If your Vox service has been cancelled, you may need to return Vox-provided hardware such as routers, handsets, or other devices. Below is everything you need to know about our manual stock return process.
Why Do I Need to Return My Vox Hardware?
All hardware provided by Vox as part of your service agreement remains the property of Vox. This means:
- The equipment is not part of a rent-to-own agreement.
- It must be returned once your service ends.
How the Return Process Works
Vox has made returning hardware simple and free (for the first collection attempt).
Step 1: Fill in the Manual Returns Form
Begin the return process by completing this form: Manual Returns Form
Step 2: Courier Collection Arranged by Vox
Vox will schedule a free collection with the Courier during standard working hours (Monday to Friday).
Step 3: Prepare the Equipment
- Ensure all hardware is securely packaged.
- Include all accessories (e.g., power cables, antennas).
- Label the parcel clearly with your name, Vox account number, and return reference (if provided).
Important Notice
If the hardware is not returned, the following will apply:
- You will be charged the full replacement value of the equipment.
- Ownership of the hardware will be legally transferred to you once billed.
To avoid this, please complete the return process as soon as possible after your cancellation.
