The testing portal will request you to log in, Please use the provided SAN/Site ID.
Do the following before testing:
- Connect your computer to the Hughes satellite modem directly via ethernet cable.
- Ensure that only one device is connected during testing with no background applications running.
You need to perform 5 Tests approximately 15 minutes apart to gauge the average performance.
We will be able to review the results on our system and advise the way forward.
