This is due to the way our satellite provider routes internet traffic. Testing on unsupported sites will take longer routes through networks we have no dominion over

The testing portal will request you to log in, Please use the provided SAN/Site ID.

Do the following before testing:

  • Connect your computer to the Hughes satellite modem directly via ethernet cable.
  • Ensure that only one device is connected during testing with no background applications running.

You need to perform 5 Tests approximately 15 minutes apart to gauge the average performance.

We will be able to review the results on our system and advise the way forward.
